Message from Head Teacher
I hope that you find our website both interesting and informative.
I am delighted to be the Head Teacher at Irvine Royal Academy and I feel very privileged to have been afforded this opportunity by North Ayrshire Council. I am excited about the improvement journey that the school is on.
I am highly passionate about getting it right for every child and have been enthused by the collective appetite across the school to make a positive difference to the attainment and achievements of our young people. I am very confident, that moving forward, outcomes will be even better than they have been in recent years.
Working in partnership with parents/carers and the wider community of Irvine is a priority - I am keen to use your voice to shape the direction that the school is moving – I thank you for your excellent support in this area so far.
.
In the meantime, please do not hesitate to get in touch with me should you require any further information.

Montgomerie Park Primary School
As a result of increased numbers of children in the area, North Ayrshire Council approved funding for a new 12-class non-denominational primary school at Montgomerie Park, Irvine, to include early learning and childcare provision for 32 three to five-year olds and 15 two-year olds within their locality. The new catchment area will include Knadgerhill (Stanecastle). The Council would like to hear the views of the young people of Irvine Royal Academy and invite them to complete the response form at this link: https://tinyurl.com/y5l2mn2d
